What is the smallest order we can do? Since we are a volume-oriented operation, we can still produce you a custom engraved or printed mug, colster, or cup – but our minimum to Engrave it is $75. Our minimum to print it is $125. We are basically charging you a prototype fee, even if you only want one.
What is the maximum Engraving/Printing Size for A Yeti? That varies, but if you are seriously curious go ahead and e-mail us and we’ll get you squared away!
Do we keep Yeti Mugs, Cups, Tumblers Colsters In stock? Sometimes we do, but generally, we order them as we need them and have them shipped directly here.

What shipping preference is best? We do our best to respect the postal service, but we can’t trust it. We have an in-house UPS department which makes it very efficient in order for us to pack and ship your custom items to you. Our UPS account is insured and every package generates an automatic tracking # so you know where your item is during transit. UPS is our preferred shipping method.
What If I Have A Rush Order? We do our best to get your project done when you need it. It is not uncommon for us to custom engrave and ship something within 24 hours. It’s our business to meet your needs. We are Laser Engraving and Pad Printing Pros.
What Kind Of Materials Can You Engrave On? We can engrave on virtually any substrate as all of our machinery is custom designed around each application and engraving/cutting surface.
What If I Am Unhappy With Your Work? If you are dissatisfied for any reason simply shoot us an email and we can do our best to resolve this issue.
What Are the Hours and Location for Pickup? We are located at 5606 Greendale Road in Lakeside, Virginia and are open for pick-up Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
